Pricing
Every project is quoted individually based on scope and complexity. Small review tasks start simple; full designs and BOQs are quoted after I see your drawings or site details. Message me with your project and I'll respond with a fixed price.
Common questions
Do you work outside Nepal?
Yes. Drawings, estimates, BOQs, and reviews are all done remotely. Site supervision visits are limited to the Kathmandu Valley.
How long does a typical job take?
A drawing review takes 2 to 3 days. A full residential estimate with BOQ takes about a week. I'll confirm the timeline in your quote.
What do you need from me to start?
Your plot details, any existing drawings or naksa pass, and a short description of what you want built. Photos of the site help too.
